This week The Harvester’s are interviewing Brad McCully, owner of Sportsman Lawn & Landscape from Tupelo, MS. They’re on the trade show floor at LANDSCAPES16 in Louisville, KY.

Brad describes some of the same concerns The Harvesters hear from other landscapers throughout the country. It’s people! He just can’t get enough good people! Sound familiar? Brad gives some solid tips as he describes some of the things he’s doing to alleviate the problem.

On the bright side, Brad’s company met their sales goals last year and company morale is up. Way to go, Brad!

At the time of the interview Brad had not done his company’s business planning yet, but planned to. Talking about planning, do you have your plans for 2017 written down and ready to begin working on?

No? Need help in how to plan? Just click below and check out the Harvest Way Academy. It has an entire lesson on how to plan. It’s a video with a downloadable guidebook. Quick! Spring just sprung on Monday! Check it out before you get too busy.
