On-Site Registration Policy

On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis; we encourage you to register in advance to secure your seat since space is limited.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing on company letterhead and e-mailed to at least five (5) business days before the event. Voice mails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a $25 administrative processing fee will be provided if the cancellation is received prior to five (5) business days. No refunds will be issued within five (5) business days or for no shows. The Harvest Group reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs.

Substitution Policy
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the academy in their place. Please e-mail with substitutions.

Confirmation Policy
All confirmations will be sent via email to the primary registrant unless otherwise arrange with conference management. Credit card charges will appear as The Harvest Group on your statement.

The Harvest Group Seminars are business-to-business events open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the seminar or meal functions.
