The Harvesters asked new clients if they have a written vision and they report that not even 1 out of 100 do. A company vision is a “clear mental picture of a future desired state, preferably written down and communicated clearly and often”.

Harvester Ed’s friend Mary Kelly, Ph.D, Commander, US Navy (RET), wrote an awesome book titled, “Why Leaders Fail and the 7 Prescriptions for Success”. The first part of her book talks about the importance of having a vision.

So, this week the Harvesters are going to talk about vision and give you an awesome illustration from her book that will make you want to take some time and create it.

They think so highly of her book they are going to gift the first person in each time zone that requests it. In this case the early bird gets the book!

The Harvesters hope these brief messages help you, Harvest Your Potential!
