Do Guarantees Matter?

 

Heck yeah! Almost everybody — whether for business or
personal use — want to purchase products from a
company that offers a solid guarantee. This means if
there’s a problem they stand behind the guarantee.

When products or services fail (and they do), the company
promptly replaces the item or corrects the problem without
any hassle or attitude. One of the best examples of this is
Costco. They are totally amazing. And, we can’t leave out
Amazon. That’s one of the reasons they have grown so huge.

a really cool guarantee some companies are using that has helped
them grow and prosper.
