Fire, Recovery and Leadership from a Pro

Ever wonder what’s really working for top lawn and landscape professionals? That’s why The Harvesters created its Leadership Video Series — your chance to hear directly from standout leaders who are making things happen in our industry.

In this edition, we’re featuring Miles Kuperus, owner of Farmside Landscape & Design in Wantage, New Jersey. You won’t want to miss his take on The Harvesters’ 10 Questions.

Before you dive in, here’s some powerful context: in June 2023, the entire Farmside facility — their offices and shop — was lost in a fire. Thanks to Mile’s leadership and quick thinking, operations were up and running within days. Since then, the company has built an entirely new facility from the ground up. Hats off to the Kuperus family and the entire Farmside team for navigating such a devastating event with resilience and grace.
