The Importance of Making Decisions
One of the common traits of successful leaders is their
ability to make good decisions, and they usually make
them quickly. Now that doesn’t mean leaders don’t think
carefully about them — they do. They gather the facts,
decide and move on.
This week Harvester Ed has some words of wisdom
on the subject of making decisions from a book he just read called,
The Law of Success by Napoleon Hill. He also talked about
a decision his mother made when he was thirteen years
old, as well as a pretty important decision he made to change
careers and go into landscaping.
