Many companies are unclear about when their people
should be “on the clock” or “off the clock.” For example,
if your employee uses your vehicle to go get lunch are
they off or on the clock? In other words, do you have to
pay them or not? Hmm. There are so many situations
like this you just wonder what to do?
Our video this week features Harvesters Bill Arman and Steve
Cesare, Ph.D., and our resident human resources expert.
They’re going to clear up some of these questions
for you because you certainly want to comply with the law.
And, on the other hand, you certainly don’t want to over
pay when you don’t need to.
We hope this information and videos like these will help
you “Harvest Your Potential.”
