When your business is small it may not seem that processes
are important but as the business grows it will become quite
obvious they are. The Harvesters have visited companies
that lack process and there’s usually a bit of chaos.

Once operational processes are created and everyone
is taught, “that’s the way it’s done around here” things
begin to smooth out. That doesn’t mean that you aren’t
open to new ideas on how to do things better but that’s the
way you’re going to do it until your process is improved.
