  • Earnings, Net Profit and Cash Flow
    • Build recurring revenue – that is what buyers want
  • A Good balance of target market customers. You want a balanced portfolio
  • Employees – Tenure and how long have people been with you? Are they loyal? Do they produce quality?
  • Great systems – Estimating, project cost tracking, employee relations, quality account programs
  • Owner – Make sure you take yourself out of the day-to-day operations so the company can function without you.
