Is The Customer Always Right?

 

Many company owners tell their people that the customer is always right. Check out Stew Leonard’s company policy in the picture below. Their grocery stores in Connecticut and New York have a huge rock like this at the entrance of every store. Their policy has garnered them huge success, and you can’t argue with that as they are the world’s largest dairy store.

Tom Peters’ 1988 revolutionary book entitled, “Thriving on Chaos” featured the store and put them on the world map. Harvester Ed shops there all the time and loves it!
