Here are the 3 things that need alignment for a Green Exit to be successful

  1. The owner must be financially and mentally prepared
  2. The business must be ready to be sold
  3. Market conditions must be right

Now ask yourselves:

  • What do you need to do to be financially ready to sell?
  • What are some of the mental areas you need to start getting ready?
  • What needs to be done to get your business ready?
  • How will you know when the best time the market will be to sell?
