Every landscape company owner and manager wants better trained workers. Why? Because they realize they will perform their work safer and more efficiently.  Although they all realize this, very few companies have the time or resources to actually create the needed programs.

Watch this brief clip, taped just a few weeks ago at the Landscapes-17 convention in Louisville, where the Harvesters interview Jay Murray from GREENIUS.  Jay owns a great full service landscape company in Canada and created his training program initially for his own people.  Once his landscape friends found out about it they wanted it and since then it blossomed out (no pun intended) to help landscapers in Canada and the U.S. If training is one of your concerns you will be interested in what he has to say in this clip.

As the season comes to a close all the Harvesters hope you had a bountiful Harvest and hope they helped you to, Harvest Your Potential!
