Owners:
Why You Should Hold Your People Accountable

This week, the Harvesters are sharing an “oldie but goodie.”
It’s on the subject of accountability. We have seen this
problem time and again in so many companies we felt it was worth revisiting.

When there is no accountability in a company there is poor
performance, lack of engagement and trust, little innovation,
poor company culture and usually very little growth and profits.

Accountability isn’t about punishment or creating a culture of fear.
It’s about creating a place where everyone understands
their roles, goals and responsibilities. When owners and managers
hold people accountable for these things, everyone will be able to
Harvest Their Potential.

Enjoy!
