Business is not easy, it never was. Competition is tough, finding good people to do the work is even more difficult. And then the customers. Most are great but there are always a few that can make what we do challenging, or should I say, frustrating.

With all we deal with, day in and day out, when you boil it all down we only want one thing and that’s for our customers to pay us as agreed. They expect a lot from us so we should absolutely hold them to this.

When the Harvesters visit new clients they almost always find they have large accounts receivables. Sometimes huge amounts over 60 and even 90 days.

If you want to Harvest Your Potential it would be a good idea if you pay close attention to this one.
