Step 2 In Finding Your GM: Estimate Accurately

Last week in Step 1, The Harvesters covered how
to know your HAWS, That’s your hourly average wages.
We stressed that your HAWS needs to be adjusted
on a regular basis because inflation keeps increasing
the price of your labor and materials.

This week, in Step 2 of our 5 part series, we review
how to estimate correctly, an essential part of getting
your GM right. While watching, see if you can pick out the
three things that should be done to arrive at an accurate
estimate.

If you follow these steps closely, you will be able to estimate
more accurately and you’ll be getting even closer to Harvesting
Your Potential.
