Step 3 In Finding Your GM: Price Right

 

Last week The Harvesters covered Step 2 in how to
arrive at the right gross margin. Remember, we
discussed the need for accurate estimates.

This week they’re going to cover Step 3 — price right.
In order to price correctly, you need to know how to
mark up your costs. We’ll explain that in detail.
This is extremely important because most
contractors multiply to arrive at their markup, but that’s
not correct. You’ll lose money if you do it that way.
