The Harvesters are talking about a very serious subject this week. Keeping your people “on board” (not on a surfboard, lol), but “on board” in your company. Why are they talking about this?
Because the competition is after your people!
Surveys show that 20% of your people are talking to your competition or recruiters right now! Don’t believe that? Harvester Ed is interviewing three account manager candidates this week for one of his “one to one” Harvest Members, and they are working for the competition! These folks want to leave their present companies for a variety of reasons. The bottom line is – they want out!
So, what are you doing about this reality?
Are you going to just let them go, or be proactive?
Watch this clip and they will give you some ideas.
Helping YOU, Harvest Your Potential
When asking one Harvest “one to one” client how
he likes his new Verizon system, he said:
“I don’t know how we lived without it! Now we know exactly where our crews are or have been. We stopped one really harsh driver that was abusing our truck, stopped the unscheduled mid-day and end of day stops and it’s helping us in our job costing. It has substantially increased our bottom line this year! And my wife loves it cause it’s so user-friendly.”

It’s a good thing almost all of my employees are family or they wouldn’t have tolerated the meager raises these past 7 years. From others I have heard of their key people leaving for greener pastures the past 4 years and then circling back. The grass may seem greener on the other side of the fence but employees must check for too much nitrogen in the come on pitch.
P.S. You guys are amazing-surfing without getting wet! Keep up the great info.
Your shirts were not even damp and there was no surf up!!!
Hope you had a good swim.
