I always plan to find the BMP for every thing we’ve done in the past year to make the following year better. It can be as trivial as stocking an extra tool on a truck to a complete revamp of a particular recurring task.
And I advise everyone out there not to wait for a year end meeting-encourage everyone (including yourself) to think about improving something, changing the status quo and promoting new ideas and better methods that will add to the general morale and of course the bottom line.
