Tips For Writing Better Employee Ads

 

The biggest challenge for landscape companies right now
is finding, hiring, and keeping good people. Just look at the
number of ads on Indeed and other “job sites.” If you haven’t
checked them out, take a minute and read through the ads on these sites.
Now ask yourself, would these ads entice me to call or send
my resume?

This week Harvester Ed talks about two different
types of ads. Hint, one will attract more attention than the other.

some ideas on where to place them.
