As the Autumn of the year approaches and the work
slows down throughout the country, we should take
a hard look at our customer list.

What I mean is rate them, A for the best, B for
good, C for the fair and, well, D for the poor ones.
You will need to agree as a group what the criteria
are for each of these categories but one thing for
sure, the D’s “gotta go”.
