I would have done most things the same. Had you asked this question of me in the late 1970s I would have said to “skip the college education and get to work building my company”. Had I done so the company would have been larger for sure. I wouldn’t say that today as the education, memories and enduring friendships were more than worth the time lost.

Starting over I would make one major change-I would never have taken on a partner and saved a serious bump in the road in the late 1980s.
