Alison will detail the main types of business valuation methods and practical “rules of thumb” you can use to estimate your company’s worth. Using an actual Income Statement and Balance Sheet, we will step through the basics of a sample company’s information to calculate a range for that company’s worth. Learn when it’s safe to use a “rule of thumb” estimate and when not to use one.
