Harvester Jud has successfully led both sales and operations teams and teams at some of the most successful companies in the country in how to best manage their time. Jud will lead you through exercises to identify and reduce your time robbers and understand the difference between important tasks and urgent tasks that come your way every day and how to best use the valuable minutes that are available to you every day. His philosophy is learning how to work smarter, not harder.
