The Harvesters are talking about a very important subject, innovation.  Typically, The Harvesters find that companies that innovate have time to think, they are not running around frenetically.  The people in these companies recognize problems and go about solving them, sometimes with very innovative solutions.

What about your company, what have you done in the past year to innovate?  It could be anywhere in the company.

Watch this week as the Harvesters talk about how they have innovated in their company and perhaps this will spark ideas for yours.

We know that when people have time to think and communicate while at work, they have a tendency to innovate, let’s keep these ideas flowing so you can, Harvest Your Potential.

P.S. The Harvesters give an example of Corona Tools in their video this week, wait until you see what cool tools they have developed, very innovative for sure!

When asking one Harvest “one to one” client how

he likes his new Verizon system, he said:

“I don’t know how we lived without it! Now we know exactly where our crews are or have been. We stopped one really harsh driver that was abusing our truck, stopped the unscheduled mid-day and end of day stops and it’s helping us in our job costing. It has substantially increased our bottom line this year! And my wife loves it cause it’s so user-friendly.”
