This week the Harvesters take time to get off their boards to ask if your people are, “on board”.

They’re asking if your people are fully engaged while at work in your company…. Hmm, are they?

Watch this 3 minute clip while they share some culture building ideas to help you get them engaged and help keep them that way.

Remember, fully engaged team members are far more productive and happier. This positive energy leads to a solid company culture as well, and hey, it’ll be a lot more fun place to work to.

Surf’s UP, so just click below to get on board, LOL….

The Harvesters are hoping to help, Harvest Your Potential!

I like that you address personal issues when dealing with personnel. Over the years I have found that personal baggage, life traumas and all manner of other than work interactions drastically affect the performance of all employees. Currently a good friend in the industry is without a key design/build foreman due to a custody battle playing out 1200 miles away in Florida. He could not see it coming yet the effects ripple through his company and concern all involved.

I see you guys have a new toy-mazal tov! I’ve heard that drones are about to multiply exponentially in our lives. Maybe a new tool for estimating? With the proper permission it could be an invaluable aid to our industry.

Always appreciate your comments…..and yes drones will I believe be useful in the future, they are coming out with new and improved ones every day. The latest will follow you (your phone) as you walk run or whatever….they can be programmed to hover above you or circle around you…incredible. If I were doing large construction jobs I would absolutely use them in before and after pictures. This would blow your client away!
