The little gestures can make all the difference. I like the personal phone call. I’ve known some of my clients for 30, 40 and 50 years and have been privy to many of their life trials, tribulations and as they age-health issues. I check up on many who are alone and just talk for a bit as a way to show there are people in the world who care. When the winter hits hard I help some out by getting them groceries since they can’t get around in the snow.

For some tragedy has struck such as the loss of a family member. A kind word at the right moment can be invaluable and lift ones spirits. Human contact beats all other methods.

John – love your comments! So kind of you. I know this isn’t about money but your true concern for the customer you have developed a relationship with. Bravo John!
