You know what I mean by KPI’s, right? To be sure, KPI’s stand for Key Performance Indicators.
When companies are small, most owners simply track sales by the day, the week, or the month. But as they
grow, if companies are going to be profitable they need to track other KPI’s so they know they are moving in the right
direction.
