Leadership is a dynamic concept that continuously evolves to adapt to changes in society, technology, and culture. Business owners and top-level managers must learn to be agile in how they lead their teams. It is important for owners and managers to understand that you don’t have to wait for a midlevel management title to be seen as a leader. You can learn effective leadership skills at every step of your career.
Although there are some universal skills needed for leadership roles such as good communication, initiative, and confidence, there is no blueprint. That is because in the future there won’t be just one kind of leader. Organizations will need a leader with a mix of skillsets to achieve various company goals. Leaders will need to know which of your skills will be most effective for each situation. In this session, we will explore the different skills that will ne to be developed and put into practice to be prepared for leadership challenges that may present themselves.
