No one likes to lose jobs. Of course there are exceptions, but for the most part it hurts. When this happens and the job gets turned over to another contractor, there is a certain protocol that should be followed.

Watch this week as the Harvesters offer some great advice for when this happens.

P.S. You may learn a ton from the Harvesters when it comes to landscaping, but it’s a good thing they’re not offering surfing lessons! 🙂

The four winners, one from each time zone, that won a complimentary Success Magazine subscription are:

Debby C. from TX
Paul R. from MA
Chris H. from CO
Fred H. from CA

Congratulations on being the first in your time zone to email us. You are definitely going to have Success this year!

Hi Bill and Ed!

Great stuff on turnovers! What about a video on turnovers with employees? How to handle calls requesting the person that’s left, notifying clients about their resignation, in-house turnover with the replacement– any and all info on this would be fantastic!

Hang ten!
