A successful company is a subjective term that ranges from being profitable to mentally satisfying and everything in between. Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life is great but in the long run you better turn a profit and keep your people happy and on board with your goals. Truly complete successful companies would at a minimum incorporate these attributes.

I agree with John …Success means different things to different people and teams.

However… Sustainable Success is not possible without Great People and Consistent Profitability!!
